- BLS, and ME RN License are required
- 1 years management experience in LTC
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the long-term care unit, ensuring compliance with health regulations and resident's rights.
- Manage nursing staff, providing guidance and support in patient care and care plan development.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and implement appropriate care strategies.
- Ensure proper medication administration and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care and improve resident outcomes.
- Foster a positive environment for residents and staff, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
