Summary
As the RN unit manager for our Skilled Nursing Facility, you will oversee nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care. Reporting directly to the Administrator, you will utilize your core skills in patient assessment, IV insertion, and EMR systems to lead a dedicated nursing team. Your management expertise and BLS certification will be essential in fostering a collaborative environment. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with health regulations.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support in IV insertion and catheterization procedures.
- Ensure adherence to BLS protocols and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
- Facilitate staff training and development while managing critical care situations effectively.
