Lighthouse Lab Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Manager with a background in Clinical Laboratory Science to join a reference laboratory located near Cary, NC. This role will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing client service operations, and ensuring a high standard of communication and service delivery. The ideal candidate will leverage their clinical laboratory knowledge to support clients in the healthcare sector, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and satisfaction in laboratory service operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, addressing needs and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Provide expert support to clients regarding clinical laboratory services, including lab testing processes, results interpretation, and product offerings.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure seamless communication between clients and laboratory teams, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of results.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manage the onboarding of new clients, guiding them through service setup and ensuring proper integration with laboratory processes.
- Assist in training clients on laboratory services, systems, and procedures.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction and service delivery, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain and update client accounts, ensuring all relevant information is accurate and up to date.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or introducing new laboratory services to existing clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in clinical laboratory science to provide clients with the best possible service and advice.
