Their flagship tests utilize digital PCR and NGS sequencing to detect genetic abnormalities in stem cells and other cells for therapeutic purposes.
We are seeking a Molecular Laboratory Manager to join their team. Responsibilities
- Perform molecular testing, in particular the performance of genetic analysis tests - including DNA / RNA extraction, PCR, and other molecular diagnostic techniques.
- Maintain quality control procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Operate and troubleshoot molecular laboratory equipment.
- Document and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Assist in training new staff on molecular testing protocols.
- Experience with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) required
- Organize work for service provision and kit production
- Ensure the implementation of the platform's quality procedures and guarantee their operational application
- Ensure that procedures are in place to guarantee uninterrupted service
- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of appropriate equipment
- Manage stocks of reagents and consumables
- Ensure a continuous improvement approach
- Work with the R&D and Sales teams to answer customers' technical questions
- Assist the CEO in the administrative management of the US company
