Lighthouse Lab Services is currently seeking a Technical Lab Specialist with strong chemistry experience, preferably with expertise in Beckman chemistry analyzers. This role will provide scientific support for method / assay development, validation, and laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical validations, training, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with method validation, assay development, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and improve laboratory instrumentation and automation.
- Conduct training for lab personnel on assays, instrumentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate on quality control, workflow optimization, and documentation.
- Validate new tests, write SOPs, and coordinate equipment installations.
- Support regulatory compliance (CAP / CLIA, NYS) and quality assurance processes.
