Lighthouse Lab Services is currently looking for a Technical Operations Supervisor to join a premier clinical laboratory in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Hematology and hands-on experience with Alinity and Sysmex instrumentation. This role requires collaboration with lab directors to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and the highest quality of patient care.

Position Overview :
- Supervise and manage all technical operations within the Hematology lab, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and best practices.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of Alinity and Sysmex analyzers.
- Oversee quality control measures and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., CAP, CLIA).
- Mentor and support laboratory staff, providing training and guidance to ensure proficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with lab directors to develop and implement operational strategies, resolve technical issues, and support research initiatives.
- Monitor lab performance metrics and prepare reports to track productivity, efficiency, and compliance.
- Address operational challenges and implement solutions to improve workflow and laboratory outcomes.
