Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Support students with their academic tasks, providing individualized attention as needed.
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Monitor student behavior and provide guidance to promote positive interactions.
- Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Prepare educational materials and resources for classroom activities.
- Engage with students during playtime, encouraging social skills and teamwork.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.
- Background in Early Childhood Education or related field is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Special Education practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of lesson planning techniques to support curriculum delivery.
- Experience in private school, daycare, or preschool settings is advantageous.
- Understanding of childhood development principles and classroom management strategies.
- Montessori training or experience is a bonus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students.
