Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations efficiently.
- Manage wait list and work to fill therapists schedules
- Collect patient payments as needed
- Utilize clinic software for patient management.
- Provide clerical support including filing, faxing, and managing correspondence.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour
