Job Title : CAD Drafter

Hourly : $ Depending on experience level
Position Overview :
Lighthouse Professional Services is seeking a CAD Drafter to support the POD team. The CAD Drafter will be responsible for preparing drawings for development process, working closely with team members to ensure proper documentation and approvals, and managing the organization of component drawings. This position offers the opportunity to become permanent after the completion of the temp period.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare drawings to be released into the ECO tool for the next phase of development
- Create durable and disposable component drawings, including off-the-shelf, custom vendor, cleanroom, and injection-molded parts
- Apply standard notes to received drawings
- Collaborate with team members to run pre-approvals of documents
- Work closely with document control to pull ECO numbers, enter parts into the ECO tool, and get drawings approved
- Prioritize parts and organize documents efficiently
- Work with supplier quality to vet suppliers
