Position Overview :
We are currently seeking multiple Press Brake Operators for a client in Methuen, MA. The position requires setting up and operating precision forming press brakes. Two shifts are available, with the opportunity for overtime.
Key Responsibilities :
As a Press Brake Operator, your duties will include :
- Set up and operate precision forming press brakes.
- Bend sheet metal and plate material using a press brake machine tool.
- Clamp workpieces between matching punch and die to form predetermined bends.
- Utilize automatic back gauges to help bend material correctly.
- Ensure quality and precision in bending and forming processes.
- Perform maintenance and minor repairs on the press brake machines as needed.
