- Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing phone systems and ensuring proper phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately using hotel management software.
Experience
- Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
