What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Coordinator position at Lighthouse Technologies?
AM Communications DBA Lighthouse Technologies has an opening for a Warehouse Coordinator . The ideal candidate is forklift certfiied, and will prioritize, organize and multi-task effectively. Cable or related industry experience is strongly preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
- The primary responsibility of Warehouse Coordinator is to manage materials used by our company;
- Load and unloads cable/fiber reels on trailer;
- Manage, control, and secure AM Communications and our customer materials and assets within the facilities warehouse;
- Maintain an accurate inventory within our facilities warehouse;
- Complete material and equipment orders to ensure we have the necessary stock to complete assigned work;
- Pick-up materials and equipment orders in a box truck or large van;
- Maintain and clean the local facility.
Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets AM Communications standards
- Ability to pass a nationwide background check and drug screen
- At least 1 year of Excel experience.
- Ability to use computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, web-based applications, email, and billing systems like ICOMS)
- Must present a positive, professional image to employees, customers, and clients.
- Lifting, squatting, kneeling, and crouching routinely required.
