Lighthouse Therapy Center of Fort Worth is growing and seeking an individual to join our leadership team who has a passion for helping others in the autism community! This BCBA position will be in a school based setting. Lighthouse was founded in 2022 on the belief that every child is worthy of quality care. Founded by a mother of a child with ASD and a BCBA, Lighthouse Therapy Center of Fort Worth is a non-corporate family like environment with the shared goal to provide the highest quality of ABA services. This role provides services in-clinic, in-home and in the community!
The following are required for the position:
- Master Degree in Behavior Analysis, special education, or other qualifying field
- BCBA and LBA

Job Duties and Requirements:
- This position is full-time, with the added benefit of remote hours weekly!
- Always act in accordance with the BACB’s Ethical Code for Behavior Analysts.
- Create personalized treatment plans for a wide range of learners, with various skill sets, using measurable goals that are socially significant to the learner, and in accordance with insurance requirements.
- Conduct parent training on a regular schedule (and per insurance requirements)
- with a focus on practical and meaningful skills, including understanding the core principles of ABA and implementation of strategies at home or other relevant environments (i.e., identifying functions of behavior, teaching functional communication skills, the principles of reinforcement and punishment, etc.), and create measurable goals to track parent progress on these skills.
- Provide ongoing supervision according to the client’s needs and insurance requirements.
- Model behaviors consistent with the BACB ethical code and the core values of Lighthouse Therapy Center of Ft. Worth.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
