Job Summary:

Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

- Perform various cleaning tasks, including cleaning bathrooms, fixtures, showers, tubs, floors, kitchens, carpets, and more.

- Vacuum, dust, polish, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.

- Empty wastebaskets, clean ashtrays, and transport trash to designated disposal areas.

- Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors using appropriate equipment.

- Keep storage areas and cleaning carts stocked, clean, and organized.

- Remove debris from driveways and garages.

- Replenish supplies such as linens and bathroom essentials.

- Sort, count, mark, and store clean linens in designated areas.

- Wash windows, walls, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as needed.

- Disinfect equipment and supplies using proper cleaning agents.

- Move and arrange furniture and turn mattresses as necessary.

- Observe and report any damage, theft, or safety concerns to supervisors.

- Answer telephones when necessary.

- Report any signs of alcohol or drug abuse, as well as inappropriate client behavior, to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products and best practices.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently.

- Kind, courteous, and professional demeanor.

- Neat and clean appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
