One of Michigan’s finest RV resorts is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual for the position of Assistant Resort Manager. This amazing opportunity is at Lighthouse On The Lake Assoc., Inc., also known as Lighthouse Village, nestled just outside of Homer MI. Lighthouse Village is flanked by the St. Joseph River, woodlands, and open fields. Our 264-acre Resort offers many great amenities and landscaped sites for RVs. Trailers, 5th Wheels, and Park Models.
The Assistant Resort Manager will report directly to the Resort Manager and will be responsible for assisting in all operations of the resort. This includes areas of administration, finance, member services, sales program, security, and maintenance of the facilities.
We’re looking for a candidate who is willing to relocate to Homer, Michigan. The Assistant Resort Manager needs to possess excellent customer service skills while assisting in the management of daily activities and after-hour monitoring or assistance on an as-needed basis. During the peak season, April 15 – October 15, you must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Exempt Full-time
Salary: $35,000 - $40,000
