PROGRAM MANAGERLighthouse Youth & Family Services has an immediate opening for a Program Manager in the OhioRISE department. The Program Manager will support the OhioRISE Director in ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements, overseeing clinical outcomes, and maintaining adherence to OhioRISE standards. This role supervises Lighthouse OhioRISE Supervisors, facilitates meetings, and serves as the liaison between Aetna support systems and the CME Care Coordination teams.

Essential Functions:
- Supervise and support Lighthouse OhioRISE Supervisors, including hiring, onboarding, feedback, and professional development.
- Set and achieve program performance goals aligned with OhioRISE objectives and contract requirements.
- Facilitate Supervisor meetings and liaise between Aetna support systems and CME Care Coordination teams to align with program goals.
- Review program plans for quality, train staff on strategies, and ensure compliance with contracts and regulations.
- Oversee the development of plans to address client needs and ensure continuity of care.
- Manage the Aetna OhioRISE CME contract, policies, and processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery.
- Maintain culturally responsive resources and act as a liaison for ODM, Aetna, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor program compliance, financial performance, and service utilization for cost-effective operations.
- Prepare accurate reports and documentation to meet internal and external requirements.
- Complete wraparound training, implement quality improvement processes, and ensure teams have necessary training and development.
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
- LSW or LPC Licensure required.
- Have a minimum of three years’ experience in children's behavioral health, child welfare, developmental disabilities, juvenile justice, or a related public services or behavioral health care field, providing community-based services to children and youth, and their family or caregivers.
- Be culturally competent or responsive with training and experience necessary to manage complex cases.
- Preferred Independent Licensure, LISW or LPCC
