Starting pay rates ranging from $45,000 and up
Competitive pay based on licensure / education
2,000 Sign-on Bonus
Essential Functions :
- Provide mental health services designed to meet the needs of youth.
- Engage clients, families and natural supports to participate in treatment through treatment planning and progress reviews
- Work with an interdisciplinary team to assist youth in meeting their holistic needs.
- Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy / counseling to youth in home, school, and office.
- Conduct risk and diagnostic assessments and develop / implement individual service plans.
- Provide crisis intervention when needed
- Participate in and facilitate treatment team meetings
