What You'll Do
- Win Big: Make outbound calls to build your book of business, establish relationships, and grow accounts.
- Close Deals: Seal the deal with new and existing customers, ensuring their freight moves efficiently.
- Negotiate to Dominate: Secure the best rates with shippers and carriers for maximum profitability.
- Own the Process: Manage daily shipments, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver exceptional service—24/7/365.
- Communicate Like a Pro: Be transparent, proactive, and solution-oriented in every interaction.
