We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and educating clients about our range of cannabis products. Your expertise will help customers make informed decisions while ensuring compliance with all regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for the cannabis industry, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for all customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting cannabis products based on their needs and preferences.
- Educate customers about different strains, consumption methods, and product effects to enhance their experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling transactions accurately and managing cash register duties.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring compliance with inventory management practices.
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending complementary items.
- Communicate effectively with customers and staff, fostering a positive atmosphere within the dispensary.
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
Experience
- While experience in the cannabis industry is preferred, it is not required as training will be provided.

Pay: $15.02 - $16.00 per hour
