This is a full-time remote position.
Working hours: 8am - 4:30pm ET

Pharmaceutical State Licensing Project Manager

Working hours: 8am - 4:30pm ET
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform client services and support the State Compliance department on day-to-day duties:
- Review questionnaire and business model assessment with client;
- Consolidate & compile applications;
- Review applications for accuracy and completion;
- Review outgoing and incoming physical mail (electronically if working remote);
- Manage client communication and ensure their needs are met;
- Assist Application Specialist in resolving deficiencies highlighted by the Board on behalf of clients;
- Update internal database to reflect application progression;
- Administrative work (basic Microsoft Word skills required);
- Special projects may be assigned on an as-needed basis.
- Minimum of two (2) years of drug supply chain or pharmacy regulatory affairs or state licensing experience.
- Maintain excellent verbal, writing, and language skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Teams is a PLUS.
- Ability to work well independently as well as with other team members.
- Superior time management skills.
- Dependable and reliable.
