This position offers the opportunity to learn about pharmaceutical compliance and licensing while contributing to the company’s growth. You’ll be responsible for initiating cold outreach, optimizing warm outreach, and refining messaging strategies to effectively engage potential clients in the pharmaceutical supply chain.
Month 1
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learn about our product, services, and target market, with an emphasis on understanding pharmaceutical compliance and licensing.
- Clean up and optimize Salesforce data to ensure accuracy and streamline workflows for outbound campaigns.
- Review and assess current outbound sales methods for generating meetings, with the goal of identifying key areas for improvement.
- Begin executing outbound outreach using established methods, focusing on generating meetings with warm leads.
- Fine-tune your approach based on early feedback and experiences.
- Continue ramping up efforts to generate meetings, focusing on both warm leads and refining strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to assess successes and continuously improve outreach strategies.
- Expand outreach efforts to increase meetings generated with both warm and cold leads.
- Share successes with the team, refine processes, and adjust strategies to improve performance.
- Start generating at least 10 outbound sales opportunities per month through targeted outreach with both warm and cold leads.
- Focus on quality over quantity: Leverage LinkedIn, email, and calls creatively to secure high-value opportunities.
- Continue refining your approach by collaborating with the team, sharing best practices, and optimizing outreach strategies.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or related fields.
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus). Knowledge of tools such as Lemlist, Salesloft, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and familiarity with new tech stacks is preferred.
- Ability to work smart by prioritizing leads and being organized and detail-oriented. Adaptable and coachable with evolving strategies.
- Strong communication skills with a solid understanding of the buyer’s journey and internal collaboration, enabling the creation of personalized and impactful outreach materials.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding personal and company goals.
- Experience with cold calling and hands-on sales techniques.
- Knowledge or experience in the pharmaceutical industry or selling SaaS is a plus.
- $95,000-135,000 OTE
- Base Salary: $60,000-80,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTC): $35,000-55,000 commission plan, split between sales opportunities created and closed-won sales.
