Duties
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Operate hand tools and power tools under the supervision of experienced personnel.
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following safety guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time and to quality standards.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors immediately.
- Safety toe shoes and basic hand tools needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
