Salary: $35-$40 hr
- Up to a $2,500.00 Sign on Bonus****
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Licenses – Current driver’s license (clean)
- Must have or will obtain a DOT card
- Education – High school Graduate, G.E.D., or equivalent training
- Journeyman’s License
- Electrical experience – 5 years minimum
- MUST be willing to comply with scheduled emergency service
- Must be able to troubleshoot effectively
- Blueprint experience
- Bucket experience or be willing to be trained
- Experience operating equipment preferred but is not required
- Experience completing daily job tickets
- Required to do DVIR/JHA daily
- Positively identify colors of conductors
- Comprehends reading of blueprints and schematics
- Use of all power tools
- Capable of digging trenches and comfortably using hand tools or power equipment
- Practice and comprehend safe work procedures, as outlined in the company Safety Policy Handbook, Haz-com Policy, and Lockout – Tagout Policy
- Operate company trucks with automatic transmissions
- Operate and work from personal lifts, gas or electric powered, trenchers, backhoes, lift trucks in a safe manner
- Able to work 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week, overtime as required.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach overhead.
- Lift 51 pounds.
- Climb ladders of all types.
- Complete overhead work for full day’s assignments.
- Possess good vision (normal or corrected)
