Lighting Maintenance Inc. is looking for a proactive, seasoned professional to start and grow our Charlotte, NC division . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced electrician and manager who wants to build something meaningful—with the backing and resources of an established company. We already have work in North Carolina for 8–10 months and plan to make Charlotte a permanent location . If you’ve successfully run your own company or want to build something from scratch with no risk to your personal assets, we want to talk to you!

Key Responsibilities
- Division Growth & Development
Identify and secure a physical location for our new Charlotte division.
Coordinate, plan, and schedule service work to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Foster a safe and positive work environment; implement and enforce company policies and safety practices.
Proactively market LMI’s services to potential customers; generate leads and close new business.
Prepare estimates for service projects, manage budgets, and track costs.
