What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pressure Digger Operator position at Lighting Maintenance Inc?
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Pressure Digger Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Terex Texoma 700 or similar equipment and hold a valid CDL. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the Pressure Digger (Terex Texoma 700 or similar) to safely and efficiently complete digging and utility installation tasks.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance of the equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Work alongside a team of skilled professionals to complete assigned projects on time and within budget.
- Transport equipment to job sites as needed.
- Select proper bits for auger operations based on resulting size needed and soil conditions
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating Terex Texoma 700 or similar pressure diggers.
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
- Strong understanding of safety practices in construction and excavation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues.

Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach overhead.
