Job Description :
The client is looking for individuals with their CPA license, a college degree with a major in accounting, or masters degree with an appropriate accounting or tax specialization and have four to eight years of relevant public accounting practice experience. Tax Senior II individuals are expected to :
- Know and understand the reasons behind the firms policies and procedures.
- Possess technical knowledge sufficient to supervise staff accountants.
- Have the skills necessary to develop quality client relationships and long-term loyalty.
- Partners discretion as to their overall ability and qualities to work effectively at this level.
