We are seeking an Office Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, deliveries, negotiating with vendors, and maintaining office equipment. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to implement systems and procedures.
Responsibilities
Maintain calendar of appointments and meetings
Design the office layout with efficiency and organization in mind
Job site deliveries
Collaborate with Office Manager to create, update, and maintain office procedures
Maintain office and job equipment in good working order
Monitoring inventory levels and managing stock orders
Implementing operational improvements and cost-saving measures
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area
Capability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
Qualifications
High school diploma / GED required, some college preferred
Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar position preferred
Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
