Description:

Lead a team of driven and dedicated sales staff that handle the day-to-day operations for multiple store locations within a district.

Responsibilities include:

· Working with your team to create a positive work environment that will allow your coworkers to feel respected and all customers to be taken care of.

· Assist in recruiting, hiring, and continually developing new team members by listening, teaching, and coaching.

· Delegate appropriate responsibilities to your team to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of operations.

· Must be able to complete company sponsored management training.

· Ensure inventory levels are properly monitored and maintained at each location.

· Meet with upper management weekly with any ideas and strategies to solve problems and improve both customer and employee satisfaction.

· Maintain a CLEAN work environment.

· Hold team members accountable for behavior and job performance.

· Provide consistent feedback to team members about job performance.

· Maintain communication with your back-office support staff and loss prevention to ensure all LQGNG policies are being followed.

· Must be willing and able to complete necessary paperwork at various locations.

Requirements:

· Basic computer and writing skills

· At least 18 years old

· Must be able to work weekends

· Retail or supervisory experience is an asset

· Team oriented

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
