Looking for an individual that wants to work in an small office setting from 9:00- 5 pm Monday thru Friday.
Job Function and Responsibilities
Answer multi-line telephone
Schedule all incoming service requests
Respond to and disperse answering service messages
Manage customer correspondence via mail and email
Point of contact for general customer service
Specializes in customer resolution
Responds to web questions and calls
Maintain and update customer account information
Responsible for daily tickets and appointment management
Required Qualifications and Experience
Responds to phone calls effectively and efficiently
Detail oriented
Excellent computer skills Working knowledge of PestPac, QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well organized Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as with a team
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to work 40 hours/week
Ability to pass Drug and Background Screening
