You will be part of the Popular Pays team, where we're revolutionizing how brands connect with creators and influencers through our innovative all-in-one platform. Our team is building technology that transforms traditional influencer marketing into a seamless, data-driven experience, enhanced by cutting-edge generative AI capabilities. Each team member plays a crucial role in shaping our product, from crafting intuitive user interfaces to developing robust backend systems that power thousands of successful brand-creator collaborations. We are driven by efficiency and innovation, constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible in content creation and campaign management by integrating AI-powered tools that streamline workflows and enhance creative output. What You Will Be Doing
- Owning end-to-end feature development - from designing scalable backend services to crafting intuitive UI components.
- Brainstorming feature design, system architecture improvements and troubleshooting.
- Building and integrating cutting-edge generative AI capabilities into our products through APIs and custom implementations.
- Writing clean, maintainable and testable code, and inspiring others to do the same.
- Mentoring junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
- 4 years backend development experience building production-grade systems (hopefully with Python).
- 4 years experience with modern frontend development including expertise in React or similar frameworks.
- Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Solid experience with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Deep knowledge of computer science including (but not limited to): Operating Systems, Algorithms, Concurrency and Data Structures.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices- a plus.
- Understanding of Generative AI concepts and ML system integration- a plus.
- Expected salary range is $160,000-194,000.
