What you will be doing
As the VP of Sales , you’ll be the chief architect of our B2B growth strategy. Overseeing Popular Pays (influencer and content collaboration platform) and LTX Studio (a creative development hub). You’ll unify PLG-driven adoption with a high-touch SLG sales motion. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), who leads our overall revenue strategy - including demand generation, product-led acquisition, and enterprise sales. This pivotal role offers the chance to shape a holistic sales organization, define strategic direction, and build a top-tier team that excels in both enterprise and self-serve markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
PLG & SLG Synergy : Harmonize organic adoption (free trials, self-serve) with consultative, high-value enterprise sales.
Product Portfolio Ownership : Tailor go-to-market strategies for Popular Pays , LTX Studio , and LTX Video , ensuring each product reaches the right audience with a compelling value prop.
Metrics & Forecasting : Establish KPIs (pipeline, conversion, ARR) and maintain rigorous forecasting to exceed revenue targets.
Team Leadership & Management
Recruit & Develop : Assemble and mentor a diverse, high-performing sales force—spanning account execs, solution engineers, and BDRs.
Culture & Performance : Build a results-driven, collaborative environment with transparent responsibilities, incentives, and growth paths.
Ongoing Coaching : Provide leadership in consultative selling, negotiation tactics, and in-depth product knowledge.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Product Alignment : Work closely with Product & R&D to shape the roadmap, ensuring our features address real market needs.
Marketing & Demand Gen : Partner with Marketing to drive campaigns that attract quality leads (PQLs, MQLs) and elevate brand perception in B2B.
Customer Success Integration : Orchestrate seamless post-sale engagement to foster adoption, renewals, and expansion.
Process Optimization & Systems
Sales Tools & CRM : Utilize Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms for pipeline visibility, data accuracy, and workflow automation.
Reporting & Analytics : Champion a data-informed culture, providing frequent dashboards and insights to both leadership and the frontline.
Scalable Frameworks : Implement standardized onboarding, enablement resources, and pricing models for rapid, sustainable growth.
Client & Partner Engagement
Enterprise Advocacy : Cultivate strategic relationships with major clients, guiding contract negotiations and creative workflow solutions.
Strategic Alliances : Identify partnerships with complementary tech or agency networks that can drive market reach and product synergies.

Your skills and experience
Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
10 years in progressive sales leadership roles, ideally in SaaS/creative tech. Familiarity with PLG/SLG is a major plus.
Demonstrated history of hitting/exceeding revenue targets, building standout teams, and navigating complex enterprise sales.
Adept at cross-functional collaboration, inspiring team culture, and guiding direct reports to excel.
Proficient in CRM tools, analytics, and comfortable coordinating with product/engineering.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Expected salary range is $240,000-300,000
