Our Assistant Manager/Aesthetic Sales Consultants average between $24-$40 per hour. This rate includes the base hourly rate and average monthly bonus!
In this position you will be assisting our Clinic Director in facilitating the day-to-day supervision and results of the clinic which includes:
- Coaching and Developing Staff
- Marketing & Cultivating Clientele
- Planning & Executing Events
- Performing Consultations
- Scheduling Clients & Staff
- Providing an Exceptional Client Service Experience
- Mentoring, coaching, and developing a team
To qualify for this opportunity, you need the following:
- Two or more years of sales experience in the Cosmetic, Plastic Surgery, or Spa Industries.
- Proven leadership skills with a history of motivating a team to meet or exceed sales goals.
- A valid Esthetician License
- Demonstrated communication, organization and problem solving skills.
- Two or more years managing a successful sales team
