With multiple brands under our umbrella and three national locations, we are expanding our reach and refining our processes to keep up with our growth. We are looking for a Operations Coordinator to help drive progress across organizational projects, ensuring that tasks get done efficiently and communication remains clear across teams.
Interview Process

There will be an initial phone screening with someone from our team, then an interview with the owner (who will make the final selection).
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to oversee and drive progress across various initiatives within our corporate office and national locations. This role requires someone who can prioritize tasks, ensure accountability, and improve communication across teams. The ideal candidate is outgoing, thriving in a fast-paced environment and can balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution to keep projects on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage projects and tasks across multiple departments, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are aligned with business needs.
- Improve communication across teams by providing clear updates on project statuses, upcoming deadlines, and shifting priorities.
- Work closely with the owner to help organize and execute company-wide initiatives, ensuring that goals are met efficiently.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks in project workflows, proposing solutions to keep things running smoothly.
- Maintain and enhance task management processes, ensuring clarity in responsibilities and accountability for deliverables.
- Support company-wide initiatives, including marketing, operations, logistics, and product development, as needed.
- Collaborate with all levels of the organization to facilitate cross-functional teamwork and alignment.
- Work closely with department heads to build proper task management systems.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience managing multiple projects at once, ensuring accountability and clear communication across teams.
- Proficiency with task and project management tools (we use Asana, but experience with any similar tool is helpful).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing business needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve roadblocks.
- Great at following up with others on progress, blockers, and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- (Preferable) 1-2 years experience in ecommerce or service-based industries.
- Experience in coordination or project management.
- Higher education degree or experience.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
