In this position, you will be responsible for generating layered application sales opportunities through proactive phone-based selling to existing customers. You will also be assigned special call campaigns based on revenue generating needs of the department.
What You’ll Do
- Manage existing customer accounts with a focus on account retention and growth
- Make outbound sales calls to sell layered applications to an existing customer base
- Direct and assist customers that have needs outside of sales-oriented questions
- Consult with existing customers to find out their business needs and how Lightspeed products can help resolve or manage their business needs
- Communicate with field and account representative sales reps on a regular basis and support them as needed
- Working under the guidance of the sales manager, you will sell assigned Lightspeed applications and generate other sales leads

Qualifications
- 1-year previous sales experience desired
- The ability to deliver a compelling message that resonates across all levels.
- Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities.
- Must be self-motivated, detail orientated and work well in a team environment
- High energy and a 'can do' attitude, with the ability to balance multiple tasks effortlessly.
- Must be proactive and open to learning and trying new sales techniques
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience using Windows-based applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Willingness to travel up to four times a year to tradeshows and Salt Lake Corporate office
- Knowledge of Motorcycle, RV and Marine industries a significant advantage
- Knowledge of finance/insurance and technology industries a plus
- Working knowledge of CRM or Salesforce.com, experience with ZoomInfo products or similar solutions is a plus.
