What You'll Do
- Develops and maintains Microsoft Power BI and Salesforce dashboards and reports for monthly operational reporting.
- Responsible for root cause analysis of business problems and the development of recommendations to meet recurring revenue requirements.
- Analyzes business problems and makes recommendations with actionable data.
- Defines problems, evaluates and prioritizes requirements, and implements systems to meet internal business and user requirements for non-routine projects.
- Collaborates with multiple cross-functional areas externally and internally for the implementation of system and business processes.
- Exercises sound judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions when accomplishing objectives.
- Applies a broad range of theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies to analytical assignments.
- Works under limited direction. Determines and develops approach to solutions. Work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met.
- Monitor customer product usage and deploy cases to proper department for intervention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 2 years of experience in analysis or operations.
- Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Skills and knowledge of statistical analysis.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to prepare actionable analysis of operational data.
- Experience with complex reporting tools.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar operational data tool.
- Microsoft Power BI dashboard development skills.
- Learning Management System reporting experience, Docebo experience preferred.
- Salesforce administration and/or reporting skills.
- Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool experience, Certinia preferred
- Customer Success Platform (CSP) tool experience, Gainsight preferred
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher level.
