Application Question(s):
- This job requires each Delivery Person to start their day in Champaign IL, do you have reliable personally owned transportation to get to work?
- Working as a Package Delivery person, our day doesn't end until we get all the packages delivered, we have an estimated time that it takes to get the packages delivered before the day starts. Our dispatcher will reach out and tell Drivers "hey your running behind on your schedule, we need you pick up the pace". Will this situation be too much pressure for you?
- When the day starts, we line up our vans in an orderly manner to get loaded, we have about 15 minutes to go walk 3 carts full of packages over to each van, scan each cart, and load the packages into the van. While you're doing this the warehouse staff is watching the clock, Lightspeed management is watching the clock. When your done loading your van you are expected to help others load theirs, so we all get on the road as quickly as possible. This is easily done every day by many people, but we notice some are just not able to function as well as others under pressure. Will this situation be too much pressure for you?
