We are seeking a Parts Manager to join our team. The Parts Manager will be responsible for assisting customers in purchasing parts and accessories for their vehicles.
*Responsibilities*
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their parts inquiries and purchases
- Utilize retail sales techniques to recommend products and upsell when appropriate
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock checks
- Process cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Assist with inventory control to ensure adequate stock levels
- Collaborate with the automotive service team to ensure parts availability for repairs and maintenance
*Skills*
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Proficiency in retail sales techniques
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive parts
- Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register
- Familiarity with inventory control procedures
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity With Lightspeed DMS a plus
- Understanding of retail math principles
- Proficient keyboard skills
We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail with strong problem solving skills. Inexperience is okay as long as you are enthusiastic about learning.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.77 - $15.78 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Rotating weekends
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Cash handling: 1 year (Preferred)
- Retail math: 1 year (Preferred)
