Position Summary
The Controller will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial information and effectively communicating such information to management, shareholders, and others to assist in making key business decisions about the Company’s future. What you’ll be doing:
- Lead daily accounting activities and ensure adherence to financial reporting processes
- Prepare accurate and timely financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal monthly financial statements, annual budgets, and financial projections
- Ensure accurate and timely accounts receivable including billings and collection of receivables
- Oversee accounting systems, internal controls, and compliance with policies and procedures
- Direct the monthly close and reconciliation process
- Participate in a wide variety of special projects
- Effectively and professionally communicate with third-parties and all levels of the organization
- Prepare financial forecasts and communicate results to management
- Provide oversight and data and financial analytic support to the organization
What you need to be successful:
- 5 years of progressive financial reporting and accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; MAcc, MBA, or CPA preferred
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
- Ability to comprehend and document business processes and workflows
- High competency with accounting software (Netsuite), spreadsheets (Excel), data analytics software (PowerBI), etc.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Strong analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work with minimal direction while being resourceful in solving problems

Base Salary Range:
$120,000 - $150,000
The Salary Range provided for this role is informed by (but not limited to) various factors including responsibilities of the position, work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, geography, as well as other market influences when extending an offer. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for these factors. This role will also be eligible for bonus.
