Chief Financial Officer of Operations Excellence

Job Description

• Lead the development and execution of the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting that includes in-depth analysis, key operating metrics, and explanations of variances and trends.

The Strategic Finance Director will also be responsible for developing and maintaining financial forecasts/models for the business (corporate and practice level) and tracking key variances, changes, and opportunities in actual results vs. budgets and forecasts.

Additionally, this role will involve preparing materials for the executive team, including board decks, investor materials, and other executive updates.
