Responsibilities

We are looking for a Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator team member who will

• Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans.
• Schedule and confirms patient appointments.
• Review insurance for all new patient appointments.
• Enters information on dental software in patient accounts.
• Ensures and reviews entire patient account for complete and accurate information.
• Sending corresopndance to patient's general dentist.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referring offices.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to increase and stimulate new patient growth.
• Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.
• Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans.
• Take new patient records including iTero scan, intraoral photos and panorex xray.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
• NC Dental x-ray certification perferred but not required.
