As a Business Systems Specialist you can expect the following in your role:
What you’ll do:
Lignetics is looking for an IT professional to support a variety of IT initiatives and projects, including administration, support, and maintenance of our enterprise software systems. This position will report to the Senior Business Systems Manager to:
· Coordinate with the Sage 300 Administrator on key system enhancements and projects
· Assist with Sage 300 integration for new acquisitions
· Provide day-to-day Support Desk for Sage 300 tasks, errors, and functionality questions
· Handle new user onboarding and offboarding in Sage 300
· Assist with Sage 300 data updates and standardization
· Create and modify Crystal reports as necessary
· Assist with occasional after-hours projects
· Special projects as needed or requested
What you’ll need:
· Experience working with the Sage ERP suite
· Basic Crystal Reports writing and modification
· Extensive SQL or other relational database language experience
· Passion for learning new skills and systems
· Excellent People Skills
· Skillful verbal and written communication
· Strong Windows/Windows Server OS system familiarity
· Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects of varying stages and scales
· Ability to resolve complex issues through research, analysis, and knowledge from prior experience
· Attention to detail and solid organizational skills
· Ability to interface with end-users for essential functions required for position
