Quality Control and Packaging Coordinator
Lignetics, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our production team as a quality control and packaging coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate completion of the Bagger production report, filling pellet sample cups every ton for quality control information, and tagging pallets with Quality Control tags.
Your key responsibilities will include assisting other production areas as needed, moving and wrapping completed products, and maintaining a clean workstation. You will also be responsible for operating machinery in a productive manner and communicating effectively with team members.
To succeed in this role, applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, good communication skills, and strong math calculation abilities. Prior experience with forklifts, production lines, and packaging equipment is preferred. Additionally, applicants must be able to pass the company's forklift training program.
This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule of 6p - 6:30a, Monday through Friday. The starting salary is $18-19/hour, with opportunities for bonuses, paid time off, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.
