Packaging and Production Team Member
Lignetics, Inc. is seeking an experienced and reliable individual to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment, including bagging and baler machines, shrink wrapping machines, and forklifts.
Your key responsibilities will include assisting other production areas as needed, moving and wrapping completed products, and maintaining a clean workstation. You will also be responsible for accurately completing the Bagger production report, filling pellet sample cups every ton for quality control information, and tagging pallets with Quality Control tags.
To succeed in this role, applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, good mechanical aptitude, and strong math calculation abilities. Prior experience with forklifts, production lines, and packaging equipment is preferred. Additionally, applicants must be able to pass the company's forklift training program.
This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule of 6p - 6:30a, Monday through Friday. The starting salary is $18-19/hour, with opportunities for bonuses, paid time off, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.
