As a key member of our production team, you will be required to operate bagging and baler machines, shrink wrapping machines, forklifts, pallet jacks, and bag sealers. You will also be responsible for stacking bags on pallets, placing covers on pallets, and moving finished goods to the correct warehouse location.
To succeed in this role, you must have good eye, hand, and foot coordination, as well as mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Prior experience with forklifts and production lines is preferred, but not required.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with Shift Leads and other team members to ensure smooth production processes.
