Description:
Maintain a proactive safety, health and environmental system that meets the required?standard and legal?requirements when?performing?maintenance?
- Oversee?5-6?maintenance technicians?
- Plan, direct and execute?needed preventative maintenance for all industrial equipment?
- Oversee and manage the purchasing of maintenance inventory and supplies?
- Overall responsibility for the timeliness, completeness and quality of maintenance activities?
- Ability to trouble shoot and find the most cost-effective solution?
- Provide on the ground support??
- Project management (direct and indirect) support?
- Troubleshooting and Resolution?
- Performs Preventive Maintenance?
- Predictive Maintenance?
- Repairs on Electrical Systems?
- Repairs on Electrical Instruments and Control Systems?
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong adherence to company-wide safety program?
- High School Diploma or equivalent?
- Proven record of maintenance experience, including maintenance supervision?
- Strong hydraulic, pneumatic,?electrical?and instrumentation?experience?
- Experienced in PLC applications?
- Experience in the areas of planning and purchasing?
- Involvement in continuous improvement projects and foundational skills?
- Ability work in all-weather environments?
- Strong communication and decision-making abilities?
- Comfortable utilizing maintenance software and basic MS Office applications?
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to weld, torch, light fabrication?strongly preferred?
- Engineering reliability centered maintenance experience and expertise
- Prior experience in heavy/large plant volume and equipment?
- Demonstrated project management and/or leadership experience??
- Lean Manufacturing experience a plus?
- Thorough knowledge of a maintenance planning system using an ERP based platform, preferably SAP?
- OSHA legal requirements?
