Responsibilities
- Prepare and process billing, including project billing.
- Assist with various accounting/transactions entries.
- Payroll processing.
- Accounts payable/receivable.
- Other financial operations.
- Qualifications
- Minimum of an associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Bachelors degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role, demonstrating strong accounting knowledge.
- Proficiency in financial software including Foundations, Sage, or similar tools is essential.
- Familiarity with account reconciliation processes and technical accounting principles.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
