The Law Office of Ligori & Ligori is looking for the next super litigator who is able to handle Medical Malpractice cases from pre-suit, through litigation, trial, and distribution.

Qualifications:
- The candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of experience handling Medical Malpractice, and Nursing Home Abuse in Florida.
- The candidate must be aggressive, detailed, dedicated, and hard-working.
- Candidates must possess determination, competitiveness, decisiveness, and an ambition to thrive for success.
- The candidate must have trial experience and a good grasp of the Florida Evidence Code and the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
- The candidate must have experience with depositions, and hearings, helping prepare and present PowerPoint presentations at mediations, and participate in trials and arbitrations.
- Juris Doctorate and Florida Bar Admission in good standing.
Salary & Benefits:
- The base/draw pay range is $175,000 per year. The commission depends on case results and candidate team play. The commission structure will be discussed during the interview. The candidate has the potential to make over $400, 000 but it will take hard work, dedication, and perseverance.
- $100,000.00 life insurance policy paid by the Firm.
