Greeter

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Greeter to join our team at our busy catering Hall. The Greeter is responsible for greeting and directing guests, and providing excellent customer service to ensure that our guests have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with locating their function

• Assist with organizing and setting up private events

• Perform light cleaning duties, such as sweeping the floor

• Help maintain a clean and organized front lobby, chapel, and all common areas

• Other duties as assigned

  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a host or in a customer service role is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Job requires evenings & weekends
