We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to help with outbound calling and lead generation to expand our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate new leads
• Assist with scheduling estimates and follow-ups
• Maintain customer records and input data into our system
• Provide general administrative support as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls to businesses
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling software)
• Experience using ChatGPT or AI tools is a plus
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer outreach is preferred
