Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote literacy education, early intervention, and overall child welfare.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages positive behavior management.
- Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support the individual needs of each child.
- Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents regarding their development.
- Facilitate activities that promote physical, social, and emotional development in preschool-aged children.
- Collaborate with special education professionals to support children with diverse learning needs.
- Maintain accurate records of children's activities, progress, and any incidents that occur during care.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the childcare setting.
Qualifications
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is essential.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and early childhood development principles.
- Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development for preschool-aged children.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members.
